Didn't receive serial number

Hello,

I just bought a reWASD license but didn't get my serial number.

I'm starting to worry that I mistyped my email because I didn't have an account before purchasing. After purchasing I made an account but my license does not appear in my account.

I tried submitting a ticket but for some reason, the captcha isn't working for me, I keep getting a "Invalid sequence entered" message.

Any help would be appreciated.
