how to press long time any key in VK

Use this feature (link) then, and add mapping to long press, like this (screenshot).

Note, that you can customize Long press time in the software settings (Preferences → Press time → Long press time).

Not quite understand, what do you mean. Do you need to remap long press of "Q" button to mapping? Like, you press and hold a button → mapping triggers?
