Keyboard / reWASD mapping Being Sent Twice

Hi folks, I'm trying to map a button on my Xbox Elite 2 controller to send a Key Combo to my PC. Any combo I map, for example "Shift + A" is sent twice to the PC. Any idea how I only send that output once? Thank you.

Usually it is being sent once. Try to add some pause in the end of the combo. Like this:

Please check Iterations value. Maybe it was set to 2 accidentally?

I ended up rebooting which solved the issue. No clue why it happened.
