What are the steps you complete to connect your controller? Once you connect it, is it being detected by the Windows? Does it appear in connected devices list in Windows?

Hello,
I see now.
You do have installed a 3rd party driver. The wup-028 driver provided by zadig, is a third-party driver, that prevents the controller from showing up in reWASD. Make sure to find the wup-28 driver in Device manager and replace to USB input device from the list of available drivers. I found some tutorial on how you can make it (the link).
Then, the controller should be detected by reWASD correctly.
