Remap is OFF message is appearing once the remap is not enabled, basically, our software is not working right now. By pressing the 'apply' button, you can activate the remap itself by applying the config to your devices.

What do you mean by "spazzes out"? Stops moving?

No moves but to the left side of screen then I use mouse and it goes back to left hand side which it gets locked so it
moves then slides back to left side of screen we’re its locked
