Is there a way to "rewasd" a combo key a one key?

i mean for example pressing shift+e in order to get a u

Thank you but it does not work as i need it to.

When using shortcut we need to press the two keys at the same time but i would like to be able to keep my pinky finger on the left crtl or shift key, and press another key which would act differtenly because of my pinky pressing crtl

Then you better use [Shift mode]. Make Ctrl as a shift activator and remap the desired keys in this Shift mode.
Thus, when you press Ctrl, the selected keys will have a different action.
