I have bought 2 licences. The first one was ithe combo package which activated fine. The 2nd license is the 4 slot license which i cant figure out how to install. i have remove the dat file and tried. i have rebooted and tried . I have tried ewverything I know. I dont know what to do here.

You need to refresh the activation status for the feature to become available. Go to the license section and click the button.
