"Mouse moves to" no options

Help I cant seem to map my mouse movement to any stick, everything else works I just cant get any option for this

Go to the license section (the button in the form of a key at the bottom right) and make sure that you have the Advanced mapping feature active.
I think that your feature is not active and the Hide locked features checkbox is checked in the Preferences (General tab)
