  • Error message appears every time i press the "Apply" button

    Hi, just bought a full licence, how can i get rid of this annoying message that appears every time i press the "Apply" button?

    This error is related to the .NET Runtime libraries working not correctly.

    Please attempt the .NET reinstallation or the files' integrity check.

    Also, please check this article to find how to complete the system files check.

      I followed the article, had to restart to install updates but I still have the same message when "Apply" button is pressed.

      Is there anything i missed? Do you need logs?

        The issue you are facing is related to the .NET Framework Runtime, not to our software.

        The same issue may persist in any other software that uses the .NET Framework for its functioning. Please provide us with the full text of the error that is being shown so we can check if that is related to reWASD or to your system components.

          Yes the issue is related to the .NET Framework Runtime, but I can say it was a development decision in your software to invoke .NET framework.

          I see a lot of Garmin stuff in the attached exception text can you please tell me what is happening?

          Unhandled exception has occurred in your application
          Is there a missing try catch in rewasd?

            I uninstalled Garmin express and i no longer have .NET exceptions.

                    I think reWASD is a great software. The simple fact that a 3rd party app is running should not display a .NET exception in reWASD. I will probably use both Garmin express and reWASD at some point in the future. That means that I and many other users can have the problem until it's addressed by the devs.
