Flashing backlight PS4 Controller

I'm just using my controller to do flashcards, so I did a few key binds. Every couple of minutes, the light on the PS4 controller flashes. Does anyone know what this indicates and what I need to do to make it stop?

Please provide a little more information.
Send a screenshot of the full reWASD window with your config, so I can understand what mappings you use.
Also, could you please send a small video of exactly how this indicator flashes.
Does it affect the performance of the config? What type of controller connection are you using?

Hello!

By default, reWASD adds "flashing" (with either red or white color) if you battery is in Low or Critical state. You can turn this settings off from Preferences -> LED Settings. Might it be your case?
