problem solved with hardware fix - PS3 controller buttons pressing themselves fix - YouTube - YouTube and with additional cleaning contacts with alcohol and eraser

Sorry fot my late answer, tested gamepad on other PCs with SCP and reWASD, and see the same situation.
It's probably hardware problem with gamepad((

Thanks for the file provided. After checking your config, I can say that there are no mappings on L3 or on the left stick zones that could trigger other buttons.

Please send me the file with system information. It doesn’t include any personal data but shows active processes, installed apps and drivers. It will help us recreate the same conditions and reproduce the issue from our side.
1. Type ‘msinfo’ in Windows search
2. Press Enter to open System Information tool
3. Go to File → Save
4. Send me the * .nfo file you get

Have some problem with Dualshock 3
phantom pressing d-pad and other buttons when pressing L3 with left stick, with right stick all OK, in game its easy to press this simultaneously and some times its deadly
when using SCP i have no any problems
