Only one Virtual XBox One controller created

Was messing around trying different Virtual controllers ... and cannot get ReWASD to create 2 Virtual XBox One controllers for two physical controllers

When using Virtual XBox360 or DS4 ... 2 Virtual controllers are created for 2 physical controllers

Is this limitation of Virtual XBox One controller (ie can only create one at a time) or am i doing something wrong?
