Increase long-press time?

Hello Guys,

i'd like to turn off my PC AND my xbox one elite controller (v1) by long-pressing the xbox button.
My problem is, the maximum long-press time is too short, so the PC is turning off but my controller doesnt.

Because the controller is trying to connect again, it wakes my PC and it reboots.

Is there any way to increase the maximum long-press time even further?
Or any other workaround to turn off my controller together with windows?
