Using new version lowers my cpu speed to 1.5ghz??

I'm using a oneXplayer handheld and when i use the app, it changes my cpu speed to 1.5ghz from 4.7ghz.

Could you please give me more details about what is going on here?

It would be great to see a few screenshots or a video of the issue:

1. Which config you are using? Does it includes the virtual controller or keyboard and mouse mappings?
2. Which physical device is being remapped?
3. Open Task Manager and check the CPU Speed before you applied and config and after. Does it decrease in this particular moment? Or maybe you have some other conditions?
