Keydown without keyup

Hi,

Is it possible to have a combo or binding for keydown only? Certain games do not support toggle ADS, and I wasd thinking of creating a binding so that:

1st right click = right click down
2nd right click = right click up

A [Toggle] option of [Rapid Fire] feature can do exactly that. Though do note that it will literally hold and release [RMB] on every [RMB] tap with no regard to whatever happens in the game.

Currently a few games have used such shortcuts so that players do not need to use the keyboard. But personally I still prefer using the keyboard
