Question about mapping Xinput on Keyboard

I have an Xbox Elite v2 and a Razer Black Widow Elite.


This is a strange setup but I'm wondering if there's a way to map Xbox input on Keyboards? I've tried map all other buttons on my Keyboard but only the xbox button works. And also when I do this, my Xbox Elite v2 no longer works.
