Anti-Recoil on mouse

I have a very simple question, is it possible to achive a working Anti-Recoil on mouse only, without remap a controller stick on it?

Because some games dosen't have a fluid swich beetween input devices.

In reWASD there is no way to add mouse movement to a combo, so without reassigning it to a stick, this will not work.
