Xbox Elite 2 Controller - Back Paddles

Hello,

I am using an xbox elite 2 controller to play apex legends and would like to assign separate functions to the back paddles.
I have unmapped the paddles through the accessories app and copied that profile across all slots, still no paddle detection at all.
I have attached a screenshot of my driver details for the controller.

Hello

The latest firmware (5.13) makes it impossible for us to detect paddles as independent buttons. The only solution we know of so far is to roll back the firmware to the stable (4.8) version. Check this thread for details.
