When using a mouse set to emulate a joystick it rapidly switches from being registered as a controller to being registered as a mouse, with no aim assist effect whatsoever. I already tried the method where you turn "lock input to mouse" off and on. In addition even after closing the program there is a sort of stick stick effect where your crosshair is constantly dragged in one direction even when your mouse is completely still. Are these issues able to be resolved? Because quite frankly this is significantly worse quality than most free software, not something you pay $25 for.

The stick drifting effect most likely happens from a lag generated by constant control scheme switches. Please make sure you have the [Mute] flag enabled for all your mappings and [Advanced Mapping] feature is enabled (its status is available at menu).
Also, check if you have your mouse properly initialized and grouped up with your keyboard. See case #24 here for details. You should also use [ Device Detection mode] to make sure that your actual devices are in the group, as some software (like Logitech) usually creates virtual devices to use for native remapping functions.
