  • Bitdefender Antivirus detected "infected" file in REWASD

Upon turning on my PC today, Bitdefender Antivirus threw up a warning message to say it had detected an infected file - "The file C:\Program Files\reWASD\CrossPlatformLib.dll is infected with Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.4.9G6@aqx4smdi and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean."

Anyone else had this message appear? I've used REWASD for years and never seen it. If I quarantine the file, it will delete "CrossPlatformLib.dll" is this an important file? Thanks.

Thank you. The signature of the file is ok. It is not clear why the antivirus considered it dangerous, but you can add it to the exceptions.
