xbox elite 2 shortcut on rear paddle

my elite 2 controller rear paddle's work prefect with all my configs but what I've never tried to do was assign two buttons to one rear paddle .

What should be easy I'm getting baffled all i want is Y button and left D-pad mapped to rear upper left paddle so they both press together but i just cant make it happen I've read to manual and tried YouTube but no luck . I've tried shortcuts and combos

It's just a basic Xbox layout you create a config with the option I'm after I'll download it and look at how you've created it 👍

I've added two buttons to the right paddle. I've decided to use the combo with Y + left D-pad in Hold until release mode. All is working as expected. I've attached the screenshots and config as well.
