Elevator Button not Working in SC?

I seemingly have ReWASD and Couch Config working properly in SC but selecting the button for the elevator doesn't ever work. Same for the ship selection console.

I'm hitting Y to activate the interaction and RB to select.

It's the default Couch Citizen config on Nexus. Should be Y to enter interaction and RB to select.
