buttonId key codes

I'm just editing a config.rewasd file in a text editor, it will be a lot easier for me to do a "find and replace" for switching all of one keypress to another.

What numbering standard do you use to map the "buttonId" number to a key?
Or if it's not based on an existing standard, can you provide a table of the buttonId and its corresponding key?
