Adjust left stick for movement left/right to "slow motion".​

Hello everyone.
Following problem. I use ReWASD to replace a normal controller configuration
with my own. Now I need a setting in which I can extremely slow down my right-left
movement. Right stick as WASD. The A and D I need almost in slow motion.
I need this for a very fine precise item placement ingame.
Unfortunately I can't find any setting. Does somebody has any idea ?

It is not clear from your description, what device are you using and want to remap: a controller or a keyboard?
