Duplicate profile permission

Hi, I'm unable to duplicate or rename some profiles due to errors "unable to create a folder" or "unable to rename game". I have checked the troubleshooting guide and have turned off controller folder access but this did not fix it.

please check and disable the antiviruses or security software installed and running on your PC.
Also check the permission for C:\Program Files\reWASD Make sure it has access for every user, not particularly yours

As an option, try running everything as administrator.

Thanks for the reply.

I have no antivirus installed (except default windows security). Applying full permissions or administrator privileges did not fix it, nor did moving the profile folders to a location of the administrator drive.

I was able to make these changes a couple of weeks ago. Not sure what has changed.

I've provided MS official methods, that are used to resolve the problem. You can check here. I'm not sure if there is another workaround
Could I ask you to show me the screenshot from [My Data] tab in the Preferences?
