Whenever i use this app it breaks my mouse i cant move it at all only if i restart my pc

You can use the CTRL+ALT+DEL shortcut to disable remap for all devices, which should also unlock your mouse.
Most configs use [LWin] or [Home] keys to temporarily unlock the mouse (would have to hold the key if you don't have the Rapid Fire feature enabled).
You can set your own key by following the instructions in this article.
