halo MCC problems with mouse pausing movements

Every mouse and keyboard mappings are on mute, but the game is still pausing movements when i move my mouse, what's up? :/

If the game has the ability to select an input method, then make sure that the input method is selected to Controller or gamepad.

Also open the gamepad tester, apply the config and check if the site responds to your mouse movement.
