Can't activate serial key.

The button I need to press is circled in red. However, I can't press any buttons outside of the red rectangle.

All you need to do is to revoke the previous activation from your personal account. To log in, use your email you have specified during the purchase.
After that, you will be able to activate the serial again.

I don't want to revoke that license (nor can I due to the cooldown period). I have another license I just purchased that I am trying to use.

If you have another serial number that has not been activated anywhere, then do the following:
Completely close reWASD. Including through Tray Agent.
Open C:\ProgramData\Disc-Soft\reWASD and delete license.dat file.

Run reWASD again and activate your serial number.
