  • Dont jump back to main layer, when other trigger is holded? Change Y-curve for gyro?

    1)
I've set a jump to "Layer 1" on hold for the left and the right trigger.
It works fine, but when you hold one of the triggers and you just press one time the other trigger, it will jump back to the main layer, too.
    How can i prevent this?

"Layer 1" has active gyro and i want active gyro for ADS and Fire.

    2)
Ist it possible to change the Y-sensitivity of the gyro? A Multiplikator setting would be useful for this.

    Hey there!

    1. We checked your config, and everything is working fine for us. Please record a video of your issue. It is desirable that https://gamepad-tester.com/ be enabled in the background

    2. When using the gyro mode, you cannot change the sensitivity. You can try to do this in the game settings.

      I've reuploaded my current preset.
Here a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kP8o9oNJcP4 (on 0_38 you will see where the spinning stops, i do a spin al the time)
It seems on "layer 1" when i release one of the trigger buttons, it switched back to the main layer, but it shouldn't because the other trigger is still holded.
I need a layer global active state by button x, which is currenlty missing. Or is there a workaround.

I currently compare Xim Nexus with ReWASD + DS4. On Xim Nexus you can set controller buttons for ADS and Fire, where Gyro is active when these buttons are pressed.
I tried to replicate this in ReWASD.

Btw. Y-Sensitivity scale for Gyro should be build into ReWASD. Not every game allow you to change the sensitivity just for one Axis.

This video does not contain the information we need.
We need a video outside of the game that will show the notification that the shift layer is changing. And how it is displayed in https://gamepad-tester.com/

You didn't mentioned that you need the overlay. The first video show's what i mean, but recorded another video shows simply the same issue now with gamepad tester and overlay info only: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDRRDCN9wkQ

It is impossible to use conditions for [Shift] jumps.

According to the config, Main Shift will be enabled when you release one of the triggers.

You could try using the [Turn Gyro On/Off] or [Toggle Gyro] commands. However, you would still have to use only one activator or one of the triggers (or another button) to disable it.

Mhn, ok, maybe this can be addressed in future as feature request? Gyro aiming should be possible, when you shooting from the hip and when you use a scope. Maybe i need two layers here. One layer for hip gyro and one layer for ads/scope gyro. Currently makes things more complex. As i mentioned, a global layer switch mapping would be needed.
