Possible to do last win SOCD cleaning?

Is there any way to program a controller to do last win SOCD cleaning in reWASD? I'm using two back buttons for Up and Down on my Flydigi Apex 2 pad, which means it's possible to press them both at the same time. I want to configure it so the last button pressed is the active one. So if I'm holding Up, and then press Down, I want only Down to be active. If I release Down, then Up becomes active again. And vice versa.

This SOCD cleaning method is also known as last input win or last input priority. Here is a link to a page that explains it in more detail:
