Azeron: "Hook controller buttons"

Hi,
in a config guide video for Azeron device, it was said, that the option Rewasd: "Hook controller buttons" should be disabled.

Why should this be done? What influence does this option have on an Azeron device.

There is no direct influence on Azerone device. As I know, disabling this option will help you to avoid random changes to the config.
Hook controller buttons option is intended to ease the mapping process by capturing the input from the physical controller.
