I am trying to use a Flydigi Apex2 to my steam deck. Of course, steam deck doesn't recognize the extra buttons. Luckily reWASD does. Is there a way to connect the Apex 2 to the steam deck as a virtual controller via Bluetooth (or any other method)?

You need another PC with a Bluetooth adapter/module to remap FlyDigi Apex 2 to an external virtual controller and connect it to your Steam Deck. This article should help you.
