I tried to use Rapid on an AR in MW2 but all it does are single shots. Any configs out there for MW2? I tried some of the configs that can be downloaded but i notice no difference when its either on or off.

If you mean the Turbo option, then its essence is to “fire” the mapping while you physically hold the button.
Great solution for shotguns or pistols.
Perhaps the pause in the turbo that you set is too small. Some games do not accept pauses below 20-50ms. This is probably why you get single shots in the game.
