What do I need to do to get this Nintendo Switch PDP controller to work with Resident Evil 7 on Steam?

Since this is a Switch Pro controller, it should be supported by reWASD. Remapping it to a virtual Xbox One or DualShock 4 should be enough.

As for specific instructions:

1. Select your controller in reWASD.
2. Create and select a new [Profile].
3. Open [Gamepad] sub-config.
4. Click on [Magic Wand] in the middle and select either [Xbox One] or [DS4].
5. Click the [Apply to Slot 1] button at the bottom left corner of the app.
