Applying armor with 1 button clock as hold down

For warzone I want to be able to press 4 which is mapped to Y button on controller. I want to be able to simply tap 4 and have it as a hold down to apply armor plates.

I’ve done the recording execute all at once and set the MS to 1000 but it just still swaps my weapons. I’m very new to this and learning the ins and out as I continue reading. Am I thinking of how to do it correctly? Thanks for any help.

If you did this combo, then pressing once on "4" will play holding the controller button "Y" for one second. The longer the pause between pressing and releasing "Y", the longer the button will be held.
