Problem with ps remote play remapping

Hi I was trying to use the remapping function to remap my controller on my pc using remote play to my ps5, but nothing work I tried using ps4 controller or ps5 controller ，does this relate to the error message I got about compatible USB hubs

This issue is not related to your physical controller, as PS Remote app tried to block our virtual controller exactly. If you got the message with the error, this can only be fixed by connecting a physical external USB Hub 2.0
We recommend buying an inexpensive Generic USB Hub.

So in order to fix my remapping I need a usb2.0 hub, or is that others things need to adjust

You need to check box [ Use with PS Remote play] in the virtual controller settings, if you get an error, you need to buy USB hub as well
