Turn remap on is grayed out?

See the below image. I can't turn on remap. I did have to re-activate the license because I got a new computer. But "Turn remap on" is still grayed out after re-activation & restart computer.

Thank you so much! The behavior is a bit confusing because all my configs are still here, so it's not necessarily "a clean instance of reWASD." But I see what you mean.
