Gamepad and other not work on remote play

Hi, i try connect my gamepad or keyboard to rewasd to remote play and get this error, please help me!

Just as the message states, your system does not have a compatible USB hub to use for the [PS Remote Play] workaround.

Your only option now would be to connect any External USB 2.0 Hub to your PC and try again.
