Simple macro question

[CloudMaker]

I'm trying to configure a macro that seems easy but I can figure it out.

On left mouse button push down and hold I want the following...

Q button down
Q button up
Left mouse button down
Then when I release Left mouse button I want the macro to stop

I've also attached a picture to help get the idea across

You can remap [Start Press] activator of the left mouse button to [Q] for the same effect.
