An Xbox Elite 2 Paddle Problem

I have REWASD working, highly programmed for Elder Scrolls Online. I have put crouch aka LCntrl to the Left Paddle, as a Combo, which only has an immediate action with hold until release. It is working to keep me crouched, but when I release, My B button activates as well. I've tested it, making sure that my fingers aren't on any other buttons, etc. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Xbox Elite Series 2 has a default configuration for paddles that assigns XYBA to them. To make paddles work, you need to:

1. Open Xbox Accessories App
2. Create an "empty" profile with unmapped paddles and with no additional mappings on other buttons
3. Clone this profile and apply to all 1-3 physical slots
4. Now you can open reWASD and assign additional actions to them
