Program crashes

Hi. I had already sent an email through your website but have not yet received a reply.

The program does not work for me. It closes in two parts:
- During installation when I want to change the setup options.
- After installation when I click on "I already have a key".

Attached you will find the errors from the event viewer. I think the problem has something to do with C:\Windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll.

Is there a solution?

Hi. Thank you very much for the reply. I have fixed the problem by myself. I created a new user and that fixed the problem. Really strange.
