Is there anyway to add paddles to the virtual controller? I use KnM

Hello, I play with keyboard and mouse and emulate a PS4 controller for COD. Is there anyway to add paddles to the virtual controller? I want to bind a key to a paddle. Because COD only lets you play with either KnM or controller, I need it to think this is a paddle from the controller bound to that key.

Hey there! Your idea requires Xbox Elite Virtual Controller emulation, which is not available in reWASD.
It is unlikely that this will be available in the future.
