How to create default for a specific controller applied to all games?

Hello.
I have a few controllers. One of them is a 3rd party Pro Controller. It works on the PC, even without Rewasd. Really the only thing I want is to switch the default buttons back, as it has the traditionally reverted japanese A/B and X/Y switched. Plain and simple.
What I don't need or want is to set up a new game profile for every damn Game I own. Is there a way to make a profile per controller rather than having to tediously setting up dozens of profiles for all sorts of games?

You don't need to create a new game profile for each game. You can create only one profile and include several different configs for each controller.

Then, choose a config and apply it to the needed controller. The remap will be working while the config is on
