In order to play via Remote Play or PS Plus, you need an external USB 2.0 HUB.
If there is no such HUB, then you can purchase an external physical USB 2.0 HUB.

You need something like this.
Just make sure it`s 2.0, not a 3.0+

Note that if you have USB3 on your PC then in later reWASD versions external HUB may be not needed anymore. You can first try and set "Remote Play" option on your profile. It may ask you to reboot and then if you get no message from reWASD about USB hub during apply then you are all set and everything should work.
