Still play PC but use rewasd

Hi there,

I use rewasd to play my PS5 but there is a game on Steam that I also wanted play but I only like playing games using using rewasd (best software ever created!)

Can I please be pointed in the right direction?

Hey there!

You can also freely use reWASD to play Steam games.

Please make sure you don't forget to turn off "Use with PS Remote Play"
Also, you need to turn off controller support in the Steam controller settings.

My only issue is how do I adapt rewasd to a PC game? As in, I don't know how to initiate rewasd in steam.

If the game supports one of virtual controllers reWASD can emulate, you would only need to apply the config which remaps to that virtual controller and start the game (in that order).
If you want for Steam to be an in-between, select virtual Xbox One or DS4 controller and enable corresponding support in Steam settings. It is also preferable to apply the config before starting Steam.
