First time updating in over a year

I thought i would try the new 'Radial Menu' feature but why is it asking me to purchase it? because i have the full version with 'lifetime updates', i have refreshed the software and also logged in my account through browser.

On my account page it shows -

So i'm going to take a wild guess and see this as each feature requires to be purchased, i kinda feel mislead here, also the fact that you simply chose not to respond to this post is a bit strange, see this is why people resort to piracy.
