My keyboard won't group (crash)

I am using apex pro tkl 2023.
When I press the "group" button on my keyboard, rewasd quits. and If I add my keyboard to a group on another device, an error message appears.
I used it well before, but this phenomenon suddenly appeared. I am looking forward to this being fixed.

Open → General → Clear data.
Confirm the action and wait for the application to restart.
After that, initialize your devices again and try grouping them.
