reWasd.exe bad image

Hey guys wondering if someone has seen this? every time i try to start I get this error
Windows\system32\icu.dlll is not designed to run on windows.
Ive seen other bad image posts and have tried a few things but no luck so far.

Hey there!

Please follow the next steps:
1. Remove reWASD, also remove the folder and all these .dll-files.
2. Run the System File Checker (sfc/scannow).
3. Try to install the new reWASD version from the official website again
