This is not working for me

Ok so i grouped everything according your tutorials, got the massage then mouse is locked so it should be fine.
But it just turns off everything, not in windows not in games, just everything is dead : my mouse and my keyboard are dead as soon as i apply to slot.

if i apply one device like keyboard then it partially stops working in windows but at least i can see that there is a new controler.

I mean seriously, you help and support is so bad.
I wanted to spend money on this but its not working so bye
