Map the joystick to mouse movement

Can I use map the joystick to mouse movement? How to do this? I want to use my xbox joystick to pan (verticallly, horizontally and all other directions).

In order to remap your stick to mouse movements, you need to go to the controller mapping section, select the desired stick, and choose remap to mouse.
